This Regulation, as well as any future update or amendment, come into force from the moment of publication on the MB WAY website (https:\/\/www.mbway.pt). Continued participation in the loyalty program ensures knowledge and unreserved acceptance of these Regulations, the Terms and Conditions of MB WAY as well as other regulations incorporated therein by reference.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>1. <strong>Introduction\/Definitions<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]SIBS \/ SIBS FPS \u2013 SIBS Forward Payment Solutions, S.A., owner and manager of the MB WAY Service, which is made available to users on behalf of the Bank or Financial Institution with which the user has contracted the provision of the MB WAY Service.<br \/>\nMB WAY \/ MB WAY APP \u2013 Computer application developed by SIBS FPS for mobile devices, installable from the Apple Store and Google Play and identified with the name MB WAY, which allows the User to carry out the functionalities available in the MB WAY Service.<\/p>\n<p>User \u2013 User of the MB WAY APP, identified through their login to the application.<\/p>\n<p>Participant \u2013 User of the MB WAY APP who accepts to participate in MB WAY UP!<\/p>\n<p>MB WAY Community \/ Community \u2013 All Users of the MB WAY APP.<\/p>\n<p>MB WAY UP! \u2013 contest promoted by SIBS, in line with its Mission, Vision and Values, with a view to fulfilling the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>encourage growth and giving back to the MB WAY Community, by promoting the adoption of the MB WAY APP and the diversification of its advantages for each User;<\/li>\n<li>foster the relationship and involvement of the MB WAY Community with the brand and the MB WAY Service, with a view to increasing User satisfaction;<\/li>\n<li>promote to the MB WAY Community and inform in general about reliability, security and innovations in the field of electronic payments and;<\/li>\n<li>To disseminate to the Users of the MB WAY APP the best practices in the use of electronic payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>2. <strong>Responsible Entity<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]SIBS Forward Payment Solutions, S.A., headquartered at Alfrapark, Edif\u00edcio E, Estrada de Alfragide, n\u00ba67, 2610-008 Amadora, Lisbon, registered with the single legal person number 505107546, at the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>3. <strong>Duration<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The CHALLENGE starts on September 22, 2021 and will last indefinitely. SIBS FPS reserves the right to unilaterally terminate MB WAY UP!, informing about the end date 15 days in advance. On May 27, 2024, CHALLENGE changes its name to MB WAY UP! for users of the MB WAY app with version 2.25.0 or later. The prizes and other rights of the Participants not redeemed on the date of the closure of MB WAY UP!, will be considered cancelled and without effect as of the date of the closure of MB WAY UP![\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>4. <strong>Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]4.1 Recipients[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The contest is intended for all natural, adult and autonomous persons who enjoy the MB WAY service made available from the MB WAY APP and who agree to participate in MB WAY UP!<br \/>\nParticipation is absolutely free and voluntary. Under no circumstances can any amount be charged for participation. Participation is not mandatory for all users of the MB WAY APP and cannot be forced by any means. There is no type of loyalty, duty of permanence, mandatory minimum use or any other instrument that prevents users from giving up their participation in the competition.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]4.2 Entry Policy[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Participants in the MB Challenge (contest ending on August 31, 2021), are considered automatically registered in the MB WAY UP! For the remaining Users, participation in MB WAY UP! takes place from the moment of opt-in to the competition, which can be carried out through the MB WAY UP! on the MB WAY APP.<br \/>\nOnce the previous assumption is fulfilled, an MB WAY UP! corresponds to a User of the MB WAY APP under the terms expressed by the Terms and Conditions of use of the MB WAY APP. The use of the MB WAY service made through the MB WAY app or through the app of the user&#8217;s bank or banking institution is valid for MB WAY UP![\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]4.3 Fair Use Policy[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Participation in MB WAY UP! results from the normal use of the MB WAY service, through the MB WAY APP and through the app of the user&#8217;s bank or financial institution.<br \/>\nAll the dynamics and processes of MB WAY UP! are related to the normal use of MB WAY, the MB WAY Community and\/or the MB WAY Partners, and cannot be used alone or for purposes other than the provisions of this Regulation.<br \/>\nThe participation of MB WAY UP! implies a commitment by the Participants to maintain a moderate, reasonable and responsible use of the MB WAY service, proportional to the normal need to use the operations made available by MB WAY. The irregular use of the MB WAY service that leads to the continued and disproportionate obtaining of advantages in MB WAY UP! will lead to the application of restrictions on the normal use of the competition, without prejudice to other applicable measures. For this purpose, the following are considered to be signs of irregular use: the splitting of an operation (transfer, payment, withdrawal, etc.) into multiple operations, the concentration of purchases with high frequency in a few merchants, the repeated and continuous use of MB WAY as a way of loading wallets and other financial tools, among others.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]4.4 Announcement of Winners[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The acceptance to participate in MB WAY UP! reserves the right to disclose the MB WAY UP! user code on its channels to communicate the prizes awarded.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]4.5 Cancellation of Participation[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]After accepting the participation in MB WAY UP!, any Participant may, at its sole discretion, cancel such acceptance in the MB WAY APP. All prizes and other rights of the Participants not redeemed on the date of cancellation of acceptance of participation in MB WAY UP! they are immediately considered cancelled and without effect.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>5. <strong>Form of Participation<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.1. \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.1.1. Acquisition and validity[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Participants will accumulate \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers with the normal use of the MB WAY app, with payments by MB WAY through the bank or financial institution&#8217;s app and with the activation of promotional codes resulting from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>activities of the MB WAY UP! itself;<\/li>\n<li>initiatives with the partners who at any given time participate with MB WAY in the enrichment of the proposals made to the Community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For MB WAY payments made through the bank&#8217;s or financial institution&#8217;s app, the \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers will be credited to MB WAY UP! of the user whose mobile phone number is the same as the number associated with the card with which the payment was made.<br \/>\nThe specific eligibility of each type of operation and the number of \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers awarded for each type of operation will be what is stated at any time in Annex I of this regulation.<br \/>\nThe attribution of the \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers in the MB WAY UP! On the MB WAY APP, it will be done, under normal circumstances, between 15 (fifteen) and 90 (ninety) minutes from the moment the operation that justifies them takes place.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.1.2. Use of Vouchers[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers collected by the Participants are a reflection of the vitality of the entire MB WAY Community. O MB WAY UP! will give back to the MB WAY Community as the operations carried out by it grow, on a regular basis and in a promotional way.<br \/>\nTo win the prizes offered at MB WAY UP!, Participants will have to activate their \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers in accordance with the dynamics contained in this Regulation. The activation of the \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers is done through the action of scratching the available area. The skill in choosing the moment of activation of the \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers and the speed of activation (compared to the other Participants) will be the fundamental criterion for awarding the Prizes available at each moment.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.1.3. Validity of Vouchers[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers will be valid for 7 (seven) days \u2013 168 (one hundred and sixty-eight) hours \u2013 from the date and time they were awarded to the participants. If they are not activated within their validity, they are considered expired and will be removed from MB WAY UP![\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>5.2. <strong>Prizes<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.1. Regular prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]On a regular basis, MB WAY UP! will give back to the MB WAY Community, in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>monetary prizes;<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; in MB WAY partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The time when Participants must activate their \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers is defined in Annex II Table I of these Regulations. The amount of the monetary prize and\/or the &#8216;shopping voucher\/discounts&#8217; to be received for each winning \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Voucher is set out in the same Annex II Table I.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.1.1. Monetary prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The value of the monetary prizes received for the activation of \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 Vouchers will be accumulated in the MB WAY APP, and shown within the MB WAY UP! entitled &#8216;Saldo&#8217;.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.1.1.1. Availability of cash prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Monetary prizes (by form of value) are accumulated to the Total Balance of MB WAY UP! and are made available immediately for redemption.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.1.1.2. Non-cash prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The non-cash prizes will be made available immediately to the participants, and the Participant can later access them in the Profile area &gt; &#8216;Os meus pr\u00e9mios&#8217; in MB WAY UP!.<br \/>\nThe specific Terms and Conditions of each &#8216;voucher&#8217;, their validity and the way in which they can be used will be as set out in each validity and conditions present in the prize detail.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.2. Non-regular premiums[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]In a non-regular way, MB WAY UP! will make available on \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 extra prizes, consultable (name and value) through the list of upcoming prizes on the \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 screen. These offers may take the form of monetary prizes or &#8216;shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; and will be added to the prizes in force that can be consulted in Annex II Table I of this Regulation.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]5.2.3. Prize Limit[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Each participant can win up to a maximum of 1 (one) \u2018Raspa E Ganha\u2019 prize per day. This limit applies to the set of regular daily prizes won, with the possibility of winning an unlimited number of non-regular prizes on the same day.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>6.\u00a0<strong>Cashbacks and challenges<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]In a non-regular way, MB WAY UP! will provide a set of own or partner campaigns in order to offer a set of prizes to its users.<br \/>\nThese campaigns, unless clearly stated in the details of these campaigns, will be guaranteed prize campaigns, referred to as \u2018Cashbacks Parceiros\u2019 and\/or \u2018Desafios\u2019.<br \/>\nEach of these campaigns will have its own Terms &amp; Conditions made available to all participants who can participate in them, being aware of the details of the campaign from its beginning.<br \/>\nThere may be 3 types of awards in this type of campaigns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cashback prizes (monetary prizes resulting from a % cashback of the MB WAY service operation carried out);<\/li>\n<li>monetary prizes (absolute value);<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; in MB WAY partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.1. Participation[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Participation in this type of &#8216;Desafios&#8217; and\/or \u2018Cashbacks Parceiros\u2019 campaigns may or may not be intentional: to start a \u2018Desafio\u2019 the Participant must START it, giving a clear indication that they intend to start that &#8216;Challenge&#8217;; to start a \u2018Cashback Parceiro&#8217;, the Participant automatically starts their participation in it, without prejudice to the Participant, when the campaign is made available on their MB WAY UP![\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.2. Allocation of the offer[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]After the start of the campaign, the Participant will, pending the execution of the MB WAY service operations carried out, receive a guaranteed prize voucher, according to the indications given and the Terms &amp; Conditions of the same campaign.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.2.1. Prizes awarded[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Each participant, if they wish, will be able to access a list of prizes redeemed by all participants in the contest at any time through MB WAY UP! (\u2018Pr\u00e9mios\u2019 &gt; &#8216;Pr\u00e9mios Atribu\u00eddos\u2019 icon) or through MB WAY UP! (homepage MB WAY UP! \u2018Pr\u00e9mios Atribu\u00eddos\u2019).[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.3. Cumulation of supply[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Redemption, in the case of \u2018Desafios\u2019, will be carried out through a &#8216;click&#8217; on the banner that will appear on your homepage MB WAY UP! after the prize is made available or on the campaign detail screen; in the case of &#8216;Cashbacks Parceiros\u2019 it will be carried out by scratching off the voucher alluding to the campaign with a guaranteed prize as indicated in the Terms &amp; Conditions of the Campaign.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.3.1. Availability of the offer[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.3.1.1. Monetary prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]Monetary prizes (in the form of absolute value or cashback \u2013 % of the transaction value made) are accumulated to the Total Balance of MB WAY UP! of the Participant, which may be available immediately or after a few days in the Participant&#8217;s Available Balance, as indicated in the Terms &amp; Conditions of the campaign. In case of omission of reference to the number of days pending the availability of the prize in the Available for redemption Balance, the prize is considered to be available for redemption immediately after accumulation.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.3.1.1.1. Cancellation of outstanding monetary prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]If there is a valid reason, according to the violation of the Terms &amp; Conditions of the campaigns, MB WAY may cancel the monetary prize that is in the pending period, and the operation will be registered in the &#8216;Os meus pr\u00e9mios\u2019 tab with the reason for cancellation.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.3.2. &#8216;Shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; prizes[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The &#8216;shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; prizes are available immediately after accumulation and can be consulted at any time in the Participant&#8217;s &#8216;Os meus pr\u00e9mios\u2019 area.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.4.\u00a0Validity of the offer[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The non-regular prizes of \u00a0\u2018Desafios\u2019 and\/or \u2018Cashbacks Parceiros\u2019 campaigns raised by the participation of users in them, will be valid for 15 (fifteen) days from the date and time they were awarded to the participants. If they are not accumulated within their validity, they are considered expired and will be removed from MB WAY UP! The expiration date of these prizes may be personalized to the campaign, and this change must be indicated in the Terms &amp; Conditions of the same and prevailing under the rule of 15 days of validity in case of omission.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]6.5. Extra promotional offers[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]At any time, other promotional prizes may be made available, as a result of specific and special initiatives by MB WAY and\/or its partners.<br \/>\nThe promotional prizes will be announced on the MB WAY website and on the MB WAY and MB WAY UP! communication channels. The specific definition of the prizes to be awarded, the amount to be awarded, as well as the process for delivering them will be included, in each case, in the information provided regarding each award.[\/vc_column_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h4>7. <strong>Balance<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][nectar_highlighted_text color_type=&#8221;regular&#8221; style=&#8221;full_text&#8221; highlight_expansion=&#8221;default&#8221;]7.1. &#8216;J\u00e1 Ganhaste&#8217; balance[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The &#8216;J\u00e1 Ganhaste&#8217; balance is indicative of the amount accumulated by the Participant in cash prize balance (Total Balance) with the value of all &#8216;shopping vouchers\/discounts&#8217; prizes, since the Participant&#8217;s opt-in to the Competition. The pendency period for the prize money of the campaign is clearly defined in the Terms &amp; Conditions of the promotion. End of the pendency period[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]The end of the pendency period for the prizes, indicated in date format on the Participant&#8217;s balance screen reflects the transition to the &#8216;Available Balance&#8217; with no change in the amount indicated in the &#8216;Total Balance&#8217;. An example is if the Participant has accumulated a monetary prize of \u20ac5 on June 1, 2025 (with the prize availability date on June 5, 2025) and, on the same day, has accumulated \u20ac2 in cashback monetary prize (with the prize availability date on June 8, 2025), provided that you have not won any other prize before, the &#8216;already won&#8217; balance will indicate \u20ac7, the Total Balance will indicate \u20ac7, the Outstanding Balance will indicate \u20ac7 and the Available Balance will indicate \u20ac0. Redemption of available balance[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]From the minimum amount of 10 (ten) euros accumulated (in one or more prizes), and in multiples of 10 (ten) euros, the Participant may request the Redemption of the accumulated Available Balance.<br \/>\nThe payment of the Ransom will take place via an MB WAY transfer to the Participant&#8217;s MB WAY Service.<br \/>\nIf the Participant has a version of the MB WAY app prior to 2.25.0, accessing the CHALLENGE, he\/she must request the Redemption in the &#8216;Prizes&#8217; menu.
